Bryana Barry
Bryana is pursuing her Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change and a certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy.
Before deciding to pursue her master’s, she was a theatrical company manager facilitating several widely acclaimed shows, including Hamilton (Eliza Tour), Dear Evan Hansen (Broadway), and the regional Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Bryana received her BA in Theatre from Northwestern University’s School of Communication. She is also a graduate of the Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Bryana is a member of the RISE Career Launch Senior Leadership Team and serves as the Head of Coaching.

Shellie Caudill
Shellie has followed her passion for driving disruptive and breakthrough innovation through strong consumer insights for the past 23 years. Most notably, Shellie helped drive the transformation of the Tide brand through Tide Pods.
Shellie leads product development, program management and product portfolio for Buff City Soap. She has built the R&D and consumer insight capability while delivering a 3-year road map product pipeline. She created new ways to go to market that enable product development to launch in 4 months (industry record speed).
Throughout her career, Shellie has led global R&D for Church & Dwight fabric care, Home Fragrance Development for Bath & Body Works, New Category and Consumer Insights for Georgia Pacific and Tide Product Research at Procter & Gamble.
Most people in America use a product that she has been part of creating. Brands Shellie touched throughout her career include: Tide, Bath and Body Works, Arm & Hammer, OxiClean, Xtra, Iams, Dixie, Quilted Northern, Brawny, Angel Soft, Sparkle, enMotion®, Envision®, EasyNap® and PerfecTouch®, Victoria Secrets, Hendi Bendel and La Senza.

Aisha Barry
Aisha Barry is a nationally recognized business leader and corporate board director. She is known for her record of creating and transforming businesses by developing leaders and teams that deliver innovation and growth. Most recently, Aisha led a small cap sized company. She is now expanding her focus to increase her impact in the business world. In her view this means spending more time helping a broader range of leaders achieve their career objectives.
Prior to advising for Glass Bridge Solutions, Aisha spent almost three decades in leadership at global companies across a range of industries from consumer products to heavy industrial equipment and engineered parts, to most recently regulated medical devices. She has created new product categories in beauty care and health care and reinvigorated large, established brands. The common thread across her career has been the ability to attract and develop talent. Her talent legacy includes a range of successful leaders from mom entrepreneurs to C-suite executives for publicly traded companies.
In addition to her business pursuits, Aisha is an advocate for mothers. She is the national chair for the governing board of directors for the Jeremiah Program, the nation’s largest two generation non-profit, lifting single mothers and their children out of poverty, two generations at a time.
MARKETING AND BRAND
Reese Higgins
Reese is a young marketing professional eager to find unique ways to connect people with opportunities through storytelling and social media. Her work has a track record of challenging the status-quo to gain more recognition for women especially in business and sports.
Currently, Reese is working for Glass Bridge Solutions as their marketing and brand strategist to share the message the founders are using in their coaching methodologies. She was responsible for packaging the vision of the business into tangible reality. Reese shared the passion of the founders to help others to grow to new heights, so joining the project was an exciting opportunity.
In previous work, Reese worked for Golf Pride® on the marketing team finding new ways to create brand awareness through the power of social media and interactive events. She also studied at the ESCI international School of Business in Barcelona, Spain developing her ability to bring together diverse teams across cultures and experiences.
